​The conditions:

Replacement transport: In the event of theft or damage, you will receive a replacement bicycle as long as the Carefree on the road package is running and you are in the Bollenstreek.

​

 

Theft: always report theft as soon as possible. You do not have to pay a deductible in the event of theft. You are, however, obliged to report this to the police and you must still be in possession of your bicycle key.

​

 

Damage: always report damage as soon as possible. You do not have to pay a deductible in the event of damage. Even if you caused the damage yourself. With the exception of willful misuse of the bicycle

​

 

Costs: the Carefree on the road package amounts to 15% of the total rental price. The package is automatically terminated when you return your bike.

​

 

Cancellation: you can cancel free of charge until 4 p.m. before the day of commencement of the rental day. You will be refunded the total rental costs excluding the costs of the Carefree on the road package.

​

 

Not covered: damage you cause to others with the rented bicycle is not covered.
For this you need personal liability insurance.
